These terms apply to anyone who accesses, registers for, or uses the 32VPN cross-border network acceleration subscription service. By starting to use the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, stop registering, purchasing, or continuing to use the service.
Service Content and Scope
32VPN provides network acceleration subscriptions for cross-border access, covering 100+ countries / 240+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The routes, client entry points, and connection methods currently available are those shown in the user panel.
The route count and regional coverage describe the overall scope of the service and do not mean that every route can be reached from every region, platform, or network environment. Choose routes based on the target region, local network conditions, and intended use. The subscription does not include third-party websites, applications, or digital content accessed by the user; their accounts, permissions, and content rules are managed by the relevant providers.
Account and Subscription Rules
Registration requires no email address and can be completed with a username and password. Keep your login credentials, subscription links, and client configuration details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. If credentials appear to be used abnormally, change your password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
There is no device limit, but the service is for the account holder and devices managed personally by that holder. Reselling accounts, subscription links, route access, or remaining traffic is prohibited, as is sharing login credentials or subscription configurations with third parties. An unlimited device count does not permit public distribution, bulk connection provision, or commercial resale of a personal subscription.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Check the plan type, traffic allowance, and payment details before submitting an order. The order record is the one shown in the user panel.
Lawful Use Requirements
You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and where the service is used. You are responsible for confirming that you have the rights and permissions required to access, transmit, store, or publish relevant content. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement of others’ rights, interference with network facilities, distribution of malicious programs, unauthorized system access, or any other activity that affects routes or other users’ normal access.
If the system detects clearly abnormal resource usage, attacks, bulk resale, or another use that violates these terms, 32VPN may take necessary measures, such as limiting the relevant connections, suspending the subscription, or asking you to explain the situation, in order to maintain route and service order.
Service Availability and Liability
Cross-border connections can be affected by the user’s local network, carrier routing, target service policies, device operating system, client configuration, and route maintenance. 32VPN will maintain, adjust, or replace routes according to their status, but does not guarantee continuous access to a specific website, application, regional content, or third-party account in every environment.
Interruptions, speed changes, and functional differences caused by scheduled maintenance, unexpected network failures, third-party service changes, local network conditions, force majeure, or the user’s device configuration should be handled according to the specific cause. Save necessary materials in advance and take reasonable data protection measures. 32VPN is not responsible for the content, charges, account restrictions, or data handling practices of third-party services.
Refunds and Account Termination
You may request a full refund without giving a reason within 60 days of the first payment. Submit the request through a user panel ticket so the relevant account and order can be verified. Refunds are processed through the original payment method and any route supported by the payment channel. If the channel requires additional order information, you must cooperate with the verification.
You may stop using the service at any time. If an account involves resale, subscription sharing, unlawful use, attacks on network facilities, interference with other users, or avoidance of normal billing, 32VPN may suspend or terminate the relevant account and subscription. Before or after taking action, the service may ask you to explain the situation according to the level of risk. Matters requiring lawful cooperation will be handled under applicable rules.
Changes and Applicability
32VPN may update these terms to reflect changes to service content, route arrangements, billing rules, or compliance requirements. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the latest update date. Changes that materially affect user rights or usage will be announced through available on-site methods. Continuing to use the service after an update means that you accept the revised content.
These terms and the Privacy Policy together form the basic rules for using 32VPN. If a specific order page gives more detailed information about a plan, traffic, or payment, the content visible when the order is submitted applies, provided it does not conflict with these terms. If part of these terms cannot be enforced under applicable rules, the remaining provisions remain effective.
