This policy explains what information 32VPN handles when providing cross-border access and network acceleration subscriptions, why it is handled, and how users can manage it. Please read and understand the following before using the service.

Data Collection and Use

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. The system stores the username, securely processed authentication credentials and information needed to maintain account status for login verification, subscription delivery and account security. 32VPN does not require an email address for registration.

When purchasing a subscription or traffic package, the system creates an order record containing the selected item, amount due, payment status, transaction identifier and order result. These records confirm payment, activate service, process refunds, resolve disputes and meet necessary financial obligations. During service operation, the system also records account traffic usage and remaining quota to measure plans, reset monthly subscription traffic on the activation date, and calculate differences and remaining days during upgrades.

When visiting the 32VPN website, servers may process access time, requested pages, browser type, device category, network address and error information. This supports site operation, detects abnormal requests, analyzes overall access trends and locates page failures. Access statistics are used for service maintenance and content improvement, not to build cross-site behavior profiles.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Records

32VPN does not record which websites users visit, or retain domain queries, transmitted content or historical records that could reconstruct specific network activity. The service also does not create long-term connection details linked to an account or use network activity content for advertising analysis.

To manage routes, diagnose faults and measure traffic, the system processes necessary connection status and traffic data in real time during a connection. After the connection ends, it does not retain connection logs that could restore the access destination. Temporary diagnostic information is deleted or de-identified after troubleshooting is complete. Accumulated traffic and remaining quota are subscription metering data retained while the account exists, but they do not include visited websites or transmitted content.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel use cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface settings and necessary security status. This lets users stay logged in, return to the previous page and use their selected site settings. Disabling required storage may prevent the login state from being maintained or cause some account features to stop working.

Authentication information in local storage is used only to identify the current session and call account functions. Signing out, clearing site data or using the browser's cleanup tools can remove related content saved in the current browser.

Third-Party Payment Processing

32VPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment services, which may collect information required to complete a transaction under their own rules. 32VPN receives the order status, payment result and necessary transaction identifiers to activate subscriptions, verify orders and process refunds, but does not directly store complete payment credentials held by third parties.

After users enter a third-party payment page, information handling is also governed by that payment service's privacy rules. Before paying, users should verify the page operator, order amount and the privacy notice provided by the third party.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account data is retained while the account is active to provide login, subscription and support services. Order, refund and transaction records are retained as required to perform contracts, resolve disputes and comply with applicable law; once no longer necessary, they are deleted, aggregated or de-identified. Website security records and error information are kept only as long as needed for maintenance, protection and troubleshooting, then cleared under system rules.

Users can submit requests to access, correct or delete account data through the user panel ticket system. To prevent action by another person, account control may need to be verified before processing. After account deletion, 32VPN cannot continue to provide account-dependent subscriptions or historical order access. Records that must be retained for transaction disputes or applicable legal requirements will be kept only for the relevant purpose.

Data Protection and Policy Updates

32VPN uses access controls, transmission protection, secure credential handling and separated permissions to limit data access to the systems and personnel required to provide services, process orders or diagnose faults. Users should also protect their usernames, passwords and subscription information, and avoid publicly sharing account credentials or subscription links.

This policy may be updated when service features, data handling practices or applicable rules change. The new version will be published on this page, along with an updated last-updated date at the top. If a change materially affects user rights, 32VPN will provide notice through available on-site methods. The updated policy applies when published, unless otherwise required by law.
