What This Information Means

Public IP

Your public IP is the address shown to the internet when your current request arrives online. After connecting to an international route, the page will usually show the route's corresponding exit address. Disconnecting and testing again lets you compare it with your original local network address.

Country or Region

The location comes from network registration data in an IP address database and indicates the country or region where the exit address is broadly registered. It is not the device's precise location, and city-level results may also be affected by how an ISP records its network.

ISP

The ISP field shows the internet service provider or autonomous network organization associated with the exit address. Different routes may use different data centers and network resources, so this field may change along with the exit address after you switch routes.

Proxy Detection

Proxy detection is GeoIP data's assessment of the current network's attributes and should be used only as a troubleshooting reference. Databases can lag behind current conditions: “not detected” does not prove that traffic has not been forwarded, while “detected” does not mean the connection is malfunctioning.

DNS REVIEW

DNS Leak Check

A public IP test and a DNS test are not the same thing. This page's result card reads GeoIP data only; a single exit address cannot show who ultimately resolves DNS requests. For a self-check, review both the exit location and the DNS resolver information.

Set a Baseline

Before connecting to an accelerated route, check the DNS information in your system network settings or client diagnostics. Record the resolver currently used by your network as a baseline for comparison.

Check After Connecting

After connecting to the target route, check the DNS information in the same location again. If the exit address has changed but resolution requests are still sent to the original network's resolver, review the client's DNS takeover settings and system network configuration.

Rule Out Cache Effects

Your system and browser may retain existing DNS cache entries. After changing configuration, disconnect and establish the connection again before repeating the check; refreshing the page alone may not trigger a new DNS lookup.

Query Privacy Notice

This page sends queries only to the same-origin GeoIP API. 32VPN does not record the contents of this query, and the browser does not write the results to local storage. Copying handles only the IP address currently shown on the page.

If the API is temporarily unavailable, the page will clearly show “Temporarily unavailable.” It will not use a third-party public API to fill in results or generate simulated data.
