ACCOUNT
Account & subscriptions
Resolve registration, subscription updates, device changes and client access issues. Store your subscription link securely as account delivery information.
Do I need an email address to register for 32VPN?
No email address is required—you can register with a username and password. Choose credentials you can remember long term and do not reuse on other websites, then store your login details securely. After registering, open the user panel to view plans, client downloads and subscription details.
What should I do in the client after my subscription link is updated?
Log in to the user panel first and retrieve the current subscription, then return to the client to update the subscription or import it again. If the client still shows old routes, delete the existing subscription configuration before importing the current link. Your subscription link is account delivery information; do not share it publicly or paste it into untrusted websites.
Do I need to buy again when I switch to a new computer or device?
You do not need to buy again when changing devices—32VPN supports unlimited devices. Log in to the user panel on the new device, get the client for its platform and the current subscription, then configure it. When retiring an old device, delete any saved subscription configuration so the link does not remain on a device you no longer use.
Where can I get the client and subscription details?
Get the client and subscription from the user panel; public direct links to installation packages are not provided. Supported platforms currently include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Open the download area, select your platform and follow the instructions to obtain the client and subscription. Do not copy purported shared subscriptions from unknown sources.
CONNECTION
Connections & issues
Connection problems usually involve subscription loading, the client switch, proxy mode or the local network. Troubleshooting each link in order makes the cause easier to identify.
I imported the subscription, but the client cannot connect. What should I do?
Update the subscription once in the client and confirm that the route list loads correctly, then test another route. Check the client’s connection switch, system time and local network. If the network requires web authentication, complete it before connecting. If the problem persists, include the client message and selected route in a support ticket.
Why can’t one app use the proxy while my browser can?
This is usually related to the client’s proxy mode or the app’s own network behavior. Confirm that a global or system proxy mode suitable for your platform is enabled, then check whether the rules set the domain used by that app to direct connection. After changing modes, fully quit and reopen the app so it does not keep using an old connection path.
How do I restore the connection after switching from Wi-Fi to another network?
Switching networks can interrupt the existing connection, and the client may not rebuild it automatically. Turn off the connection switch, wait for the local network to regain access, then turn it on again. If there is still no response, change routes and reconnect. For public Wi-Fi with a sign-in page, complete authentication in a browser first; otherwise the client cannot establish a working link.
The route says it is connected, but the target website still will not open. What should I do?
Use other websites first to determine whether only the target service is affected or the entire connection is unavailable. If only the target website is affected, switch to a route closer to the service’s region, clear that site’s old browser session and try again. If multiple apps are inaccessible, update the subscription, switch routes and check whether the proxy mode covers the current app.
ROUTING
Speed & routes
Speed is affected by the local network, international path, target region and time of use. A route name only identifies the entry point; the target service also matters when choosing a route.
How should I choose a route during peak evening hours?
During peak hours, compare route types first and target regions second instead of repeatedly reconnecting to the same route in the same city. Test an IEPL dedicated route or a relay route first, and pause bandwidth-heavy background syncing and downloads. If a route remains congested, switching to a nearby region is usually more effective than repeatedly reconnecting to it.
What is the difference between IEPL dedicated, relay and direct routes?
IEPL dedicated routes focus on stability across international links. Relay routes connect through an intermediate entry point before reaching the target region, which suits cases where the direct path from your network to that region is poor. Direct routes are simpler, but performance depends more on your current network provider and international gateway. Test your choice against your network, target region and usage time.
Is the closest route region always the best choice?
Not necessarily. For ordinary websites, a nearby region can shorten the transmission path. For services with region-specific content or login risk controls, also consider the service’s target region. Start with nearby regions, then switch the exit region according to the service. Do not judge by city name alone; consider route type and actual connectivity as well.
What should I check first when video or AI Tools keep speeding up and slowing down?
First determine whether the issue comes from your local network, the current route or the target service. Pause background downloads and cloud syncing, then try a different route in the same region but with another route type and observe whether the service recovers. Video can also be affected by content region, while AI Tools may return different results based on account or session state, so one loading attempt is not enough to judge an entire route.
BILLING
Billing & refunds
Monthly subscriptions and data packages use different traffic rules. Before buying, upgrading or requesting a refund, check the order and plan type shown in the user panel.
What monthly subscription plans are available, and which payment methods can I use?
Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date. Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Choose a tier based on typical daily usage rather than estimating long-term needs from a single high-usage session.
Does a data package reset every month?
No. Data packages remain available until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They use a different billing model from monthly subscriptions, which reset monthly on the activation date, and suit irregular usage where you want to consume data over time.
How is a mid-cycle upgrade to a monthly subscription calculated?
For a mid-cycle monthly upgrade, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Before proceeding, check the current plan, target plan and upgrade result shown in the user panel, then confirm the change. An upgrade does not convert a monthly subscription into a data package; choose each billing model according to its own rules.
How do I request a refund?
32VPN offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. To apply, log in to the user panel and submit a support ticket with the relevant order and refund request, keeping the order details available for verification. Refunds are handled according to the Terms of Use and order status. Before submitting, check subscription updates, client settings and route selection.
TICKET
Issues still requiring attention
When submitting a support ticket, include your platform, the client message, selected route and steps already tried. The more complete the information, the easier it is to determine whether the issue involves the subscription, client, local network or target service.
